Although every item has been carefully treated, but due to the variety of style, colour, material and other unexpected reasons, dry cleaning process can still be at risk. In case of any damage to our customer’s property that has been proved it was because of our fault, the compensation that we can provide will not exceed TEN times of dry clean cost we had charged for that item, in maximum and total. These conditions are in add to other terms and conditions printed on our shop's receipt/invoice.
